This ND76S comes from our demo stock — gently used, fully functional, and ready to step into stage duty at a friendlier price point. Electro-Voice built the ND76 around a large-diaphragm dynamic capsule that pushes their N/Dym design further, giving vocalists a tone that stays crisp and present without getting harsh, especially in rooms of modest size.
The cardioid pattern keeps focus tight on the singer while rejecting spill from monitors and neighboring instruments, and the added on/off switch lets performers mute or unmute directly at the mic — handy for handoffs, cue lines, or just cutting stray noise between songs.
